The Refresh Joyful Eating Programme

(4 weeks)

My 4-week programme is for you if you are generally well and are looking for nutrition and coaching support to break any eating habits that are troubling you and hindering your wellbeing. You will boost your nutrition whilst working on these habits and any mindset issues that get in the way.

The health benefits you will experience are improved energy and digestion, better mood and sleep as well as a reduction in the effects of stress, with the added bonus of a clearer understanding of how to achieve weight loss (if this is your intention).

  • Refresh: discover your healthy eating plan - learn the nutrition science you need for a vibrant mind and body; how refined carbohydrates affect your body and mood; how to choose the best carbohydrates, essential fats and vital proteins; the requirements for vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients

  • Menu planning support and recipes - the best food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks and drinks. Create a system that works for you and your lifestyle and, within 2 weeks, you will have new healthy swops for foods and drinks that you wish to reduce or avoid.

  • The Impact of caffeine, sugar, processed foods and alcohol on energy, health and weight management

  • Understanding food labels and smart shopping so you know what to include and what to avoid

  • Learn new behaviours and work on building a positive mindset using visioning and realistic goal setting

What you'll experience:

  • Weekly coaching and follow up food diary review on my nutrition portal/app with email follow up between sessions and (optional) body composition analysis at the beginning and the end of the programme (measuring body fat %, muscle, water absorption, metabolic age, BMR)

  • Kitchen clear out and restocking a healthy kitchen

  • Help to create your simple nutrition plan from a collection of 20 tasty meals and snacks;

  • A kickstart health and energy boost (improving mood, digestive and premenstrual symptoms)

  • A boost to self-confidence and how to manage lapses should they occur

  • My 18 years of experience and support 100% of the way!

  • Motivation and fun throughout!

  • A set of Joyful Eating Materials and Joyful Eating Journal which I have created for my unique programmes!

Programme Format:

There are 3 meetings arranged either face to face or via online/phone coaching over a 4-week period. The first session is 1 hour and 30 minutes long, the follow ups last 60 minutes.  We meet at Orange Tree Clinic or via my online portal.

My snacking has got so much better and my meals are more filling and healthy. I've reduced my meals out and, when I do go out, I make better choices than before.
