There is a lot of stress around us in the world today. Whilst some stress is helpful to motivate us into action, challenging situations we face can trigger the release of stress hormones, adrenaline and cortisol. These stress hormones raise our blood pressure and kickstart the body’s natural ‘fight or flight’ reaction, to help us deal with the situation in hand.
So whether you’re late for a meeting as a result of a traffic jam, or you have pressure of deadlines at work, the constant stress in the body may lead to health problems. The adrenal glands become over strained affecting mood, disrupting sleep patterns, and lowering the body’s ability to fight illness, making us feel tired and burnt, even after a night's sleep.

The Format of the Stress Release Programme
You’ll be asked to complete a nutrition questionnaire and a 3-day food diary in advance of your initial appointment. This is returned to me and analysed before we meet.
During your first session, which takes about 75 minutes, we will discuss your main symptoms and health goals, and I will give you some recommendations for dietary changes, nutritional tests and supplements, if appropriate. You will receive a follow up Nutrition Plan by email. Thereafter, there are two follow up appointments spaced approximately 2 - 4 weeks apart, where we will discuss your progress and I may make alterations to your Nutrition Plan.
This package is to be completed within 12 weeks. Tests are an additional cost and you receive 10% discount on supplements
