I am a BANT and CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist, Nutrition Coach and Reiki Therapist, with 18 year’s experience of helping clients to improve their lives with the power of food and nutrition. I have undertaken specialist training in psychological interventions for weight management and maintenance and have developed my unique Joyful Eating Nutrition and Coaching Programme to improve results by changing beliefs and behaviour in the areas of emotional eating and dieting stress. I have specialist knowledge in digestive wellness and gut health, female hormone balance and stress management.
